⚓ Boat Use Rules & Important Notes

• Boat experiences are offered as a separate add-on and are not included in the base rental rate

• Self-drive option is available only for guests who pass our screening process (valid ID and boating experience required)

• All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit authorization prior to use

• A captain check-in and check-out inspection is required for every rental

• Operating area: Cape Coral canals and surrounding Gulf-access waterways

• Maximum passenger capacity: 12 guests

• Guests must follow all U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations and Florida boating laws at all times

• No alcohol consumption while operating the vessel

• Any damages caused during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.
