Boat experiences are offered as a separate add-on and are not included in the base rental rate
Self-drive option is available only for guests who pass our screening process (valid ID and boating experience required)
All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit authorization prior to use
A captain check-in and check-out inspection is required for every rental
Operating area: Cape Coral canals and surrounding Gulf-access waterways
Maximum passenger capacity: 12 guests
Guests must follow all U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations and Florida boating laws at all times
No alcohol consumption while operating the vessel
Any damages caused during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including the pool, outdoor areas, and game room. Entry is provided through a secure self check-in process for convenience and flexibility.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home is stunning—modern, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The outdoor view is breathtaking, and the pool area was one of our favorite spots. We spent so much time relaxing by the pool while the kids had a blast playing there—it made the trip extra special for the whole family. The host was outstanding—very attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find someone so welcoming and helpful, and it made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was more than enough for a family of 4. The home was beautiful and clean. Hosts were very responsive to my questions prior to my stay and during. The view is absolute perfection. The pool was pristine and warm! What more ca you ask for! We would love to stay again.
