North Captiva is a true no-car island, making the golf cart part of the experience. Explore the island’s beaches, nature trails, restaurants, waterways and beautiful coastal scenery at your own pace.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the townhouse during their stay. The property includes a secure entry for convenient access.

Guests can also enjoy the community amenities available at the property, including pools and tennis, as well as optional island amenities such as bikes, kayaks and paddle boards.

Other things to note

North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, water taxi, private boat, or approved small aircraft. There is no bridge or road connecting the island to the mainland.

A 4-person golf cart is included with the standard rental and is available for guests 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Island Club access: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards are available for an additional $75.

Boat dockage: Available for $50/day. Proof of boat registration and insurance is required.

Housekeeping: Optional housekeeping and guest services may be available during your stay.

Optional Island Services

Additional services may be available upon request, including private chef services, massage, concierge assistance and housekeeping.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following house rules be respected during your visit.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Check-out is before 9:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted unless previously approved by management.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Property Care

Guests are expected to treat the home, furnishings and amenities with care. Any damage should be reported to management immediately.

Safety

Guests are responsible for securing doors and windows when leaving the property and for their personal belongings during their stay.

Boats and Water Access

Guests using dockage, kayaks, paddle boards or other water equipment must follow all safety instructions, community rules and applicable Florida laws.

Additional Charges

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, termination of the stay, or loss of security deposit where applicable.

Guest Compliance

Guest compliance with all house rules is a material condition of the reservation. Violations of occupancy limits, smoking restrictions, no-party/no-event rules, unauthorized guests, property-use restrictions, safety requirements, community/HOA rules, local laws, or platform policies may result in cancellation or termination of the reservation and responsibility for damages, fines, additional cleaning, security response, or other costs caused by the violation.

Approved Use of Property

This property is intended for private vacation stays, families, couples, and approved guests. Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, commercial use, or bookings inconsistent with a private vacation stay are not permitted without prior written approval.
