To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following house rules be respected during your visit at Cape Venture Escapes.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests allowed in each property must not be exceeded. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted at the property unless previously approved by management.

Quiet Hours

To respect neighbors and the community, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If smoking occurs indoors, additional cleaning fees may apply.

Pets

Pets are only allowed if approved in advance. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

Property Care

Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect. Any damage to the property, furniture, or amenities must be reported immediately.

Safety

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

Boats and Water Access

Some properties may include dock access or optional boat experiences. Guests using these amenities must follow all safety instructions and local boating regulations.

Additional Charges

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, termination of the stay, or loss of security deposit if applicable.
